This is not the Mystery Quilt!

Check in Friday to home baked goodies in your rooms. If you haven't purchased your material for the class yet arrive early and head down to The Quilt Shop at the Vac N' Sew in North Conway. On your way back to the B & B you will find many restaurants where you can enjoy a nice dinner. Saturday morning Mary Ann will prepare her popular Blueberry Crumble French Toast. After breakfast the mystery begins! Judy McIlvaine will lead us step by step until we have solved the mystery and you have a completed quilt top to bring home and finish. If you need assistance - never fear Judy & Mary Ann are both here. Saturday afternoon we'll break for a "brown bag" lunch prepared by Mary Ann - when you register you will make your lunch choices. Saturday evening, after solving the mystery, you can choose to dine as a group in nearby Gorham or to head out on your own. Sunday we'll wrap up the weekend with Maple Walnut Pancakes!

Learn to Quilt Weekend!
Always wanted to learn to quilt but were too intimidated? Join us for our “Get Started” Weekend - a fun weekend learning the basics of quilting with Judy McIlvaine owner of the Quilt Shop at the Vac N’ Sew in North Conway. I’ve taken many quilting classes from Judy over the years and she is a wonderful teacher! She’s easy to follow, patient – and fun. She will teach you how to use a rotary cutter, how to sew a consistent ¼ inch seam and other basic techniques to get you started. You’ll even have a finished project to go home with!

Check in Friday to home baked goodies and tea or hot chocolate and a warm fire in the fireplace in our sitting room and join other beginning quilters for this fun weekend. We’ll donate 20% of your stay to the Conway Area Humane Society and you’ll go home with a fun beginner’s project and basic skills to keep quilting. You will be emailed a list of items you need to bring with you – or arrive early Friday and head over to the Vac N’ Sew to pick up supplies!
